Simon has been an international marketing and insight professional for 18 years working across many countries and regions. His background is marketing and category development however he has more recently led the Insights function for General Mills. He has worked on numerous local and global packaging initiatives and across many categories such as Ice-cream, Mexican food, Tea, Apparel, Cereal Bars to name a few. He has a passion for using consumer insight & shopper behaviour to develop packaging that is effective both in-store and at the point of consumption.
